KPRE Market Update Seminar & Dinner
Kings’ Palace Real Estate Pvt.J.S.C. held its KPRE Market Update Seminar & Dinner on 3rd of July 2008 at the Le Meridien, Great Ballroom.

Unlike the previous Dinner/Staff Party for all employees of KPRE, the first part of the program was about presentations from unit heads such as Operations, Leasing, Freehold, Local Sales, Business Development and Legal Department regarding their Department’s performance review and real estate market updates. A central message in all of the presentations made by the Managers was very clear: everyone gave their best efforts for the attainment of company’s targets, shared valuable real estate market information and a commitment to sustain the positive results, and make unfavorable situations to favorable situations by year-end.

Managing Director – Mr. Mohammed Al Suwaidi, in his speech during the Seminar, enunciated the importance of this Market Update Seminar. According to him, “This is a great opportunity to share and discuss all the relevant information pertaining to real estate market. Employees of KPRE will be given a chance to contribute more their knowledge, opinions and to give their suggestions for further growth of the company’s business and the real estate industry.”

In other words, the Management wants KPRE to be a learning company and not just a real estate agency. There must be continuous learning on how to adapt faster, learning how to relate to customers better, learning how to manage knowledge better and learning how to use all information to our advantage and benefits.
The second part of the program was the awarding of special recognition to all employees with outstanding performances in the last quarters, followed by a sumptuous dinner.

This year’s KPRE Market Update Seminar & Dinner made everybody look forward for the next Market Update Seminar. More importantly, everyone emerged more focused and determined to achieve the remaining targets, and to respond to the Management’s challenge to continually learn and improve.
